The most important service as far as you are concerned is to get the right loan for you approved with a minimum of delay and effort. Clive will provide you with a personal service, there will be no offshore call centres or hard to reach banks for you to deal with, he is the only person you need to contact.

How we work for you

The process begins with a meeting with Clive to find out what you want to achieve and to gather relevant information. Clive will then analyse your situation using his experience and expertise along with the most up to date software. Based on the analysis a proposal detailing the loans that best meet your requirements will be presented to you with reasons why the loans have been recommended.

You will be guided through the proposal and all your questions will be answered. Once you choose a loan Clive will prepare an application and all the relevant paperwork required will be gathered. The application is then submitted to the lender and approval given. You will then be assisted through every step to settlement.

Clive will communicate with you at every stage the process making it as easy and stress free as possible. You can call any time with questions and a return call will be made within two hours if it is missed.

How are we paid

There are no charges or fees to you for our home loan services. We are paid by the lender when your loan is settled.
